General condition and any additional information

THIS IS A PROJECT BOAT. You could put in the sweat equity to refurbish the boat and have a really nice boat, or you could part it out for more than the cost of the boat.

Used only in freshwater since purchase in 1990. Was put in lake in spring, taken out in fall. Last sailed circa 2009 because the lake dried up.
Interior damaged by snow meltwater left unattended for several years.
Rigging is complete. Sails have been stored out of the weather and are in good condition.
Inboard diesel engine *does* turn.
Trailer (included) was serviced in Fall 2023 - wheel bearings repacked, new tires.
Buyer must haul the boat from its location (on land) in Los Alamos, NM.
